Spring Moon

Spring Morning - Photo by Amanda Mortimer

A full moon shines faintly through a thin cloud layer on an early spring evening in Alaska.

Winter is slowly losing it’s grip on Anchorage. Everywhere I go the snow is melting away and buds are forming on the trees and shrubs. Still, winter is trying to fight the rising temperatures and increasing daylight. This past weekend, it even tried snowing again. All the effort was of no avail… as the sparse flakes melted as fast as they fell.

So, what do you think?
